Machine Performance and Reporting
At the production level, we pull data from PLC’s/controllers to provide operational data on almost every aspect of production, including downtime, faults, warnings, counts, rejects, equipment states, uptime, blocked, starved, and idle, in both real-time and historical formats. This data forms the foundation for highly effective analysis and insight.

Tools don’t last forever. We monitor the number of times or amount of time the tool has been in use. We collect this data from the machine controller, store it in a database, compare it to expected tool life, and provide warnings before or at the expected end of the tool’s life.
