DataRealm recently passed our CSIA re-audit. In order to qualify for and maintain certification, DataRealm is required to undergo a third-party audit every three years.
Don Roberts, the Exotek Auditor, commented, “This was DataRealm’s first re-audit and their improvements were evident. They recognize that an integrator’s business is forever changing and needing to grow to advance. The re-certification process ensures that they do not take their eye off the ball as there is always room for improvement. To me, that is very sound reasoning.”
CSIA has helped companies improve their business skills and provide a forum to share industry expertise. The audit includes the evaluation of business development, project execution, financial tracking, information technology, human resources, and general management.
Certification from the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) validates that a company has met stringent standards, is financially healthy, and can complete projects in a professional and technically sound way. Ultimately, certification ensures high quality, performance, and long-term project support.
