DataRealm Posts Notice of Accessible Customer Service Plan

(Windsor, ON – June 16, 2014) In accordance with section 14 of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) DataRealm has posted a notice at the entrance to its office that its Accessible Customer Service Plan is available to its visitors on request.

The company has prepared a plan to ensure it operates in a manner that eliminates any accessibility barriers to any of its customers who visit its offices.

It has also conducted training for all of its staff members on the appropriate procedures so they are aware and ready to assist any of its customers who may have a disability.

The current accessibility legislation covers all businesses operating with one or more employees in the province which offer goods or services either directly to their customers or to others. The Accessibility Directorate of Ontario, part of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Employment, is responsible for ensuring compliance to the legislation.
